Founded
by Amin Kamil, Neab was first published in October 1968. After
3 years and 17 issues the magazine was closed. From July 2005, the magazine
began its publication again with an effort to publish at least three issues
a year. This official website of Neab carries information
on the magazine as well as on the Kashmiri literature in general. Amin
